Accounting and Finance Manager at Technology & Strategy
I joined T&S group in early January 2017 as accounting and finance manager. More than anything, it was the company's rapid growth that made me want to join the group. And Technology & Strategy's evolution since its inception in 2008 has certainly been impressive, both in terms of turnover and staff. I was also won over by the friendly work environment, as well as the youthfulness and dynamism of the teams. Finally, I enjoy the various events that are organised throughout the year, which encourage a genuine cohesion in the team and fulfilment in our work.
Business Manager at Antaes
I joined Antaes as Business Manager a few months after the merger with T&S group in September 2014. My role focuses on three main areas: relations with key accounts and talent recruitment as well as team and project management. I chose Antaes primarily for its reputation and diversity. In fact, as a leading consulting firm in Switzerland, Antaes brings together more than 12 different nationalities, which to my mind is a real asset that has a positive effect on our daily work.
HR Manager France at T&S
I joined T&S in September 2009 as part of my HR master's alternately, at a time when T&S only had 40 employees. After a year, I joined the group on a permanent contract. In the day-to-day, my role is to manage Human Resources (Recruitment/Training/Career supervision and guidance) across all of our French branches. In the first instance, I chose T&S for its dynamism, its strong human values and the challenge it posed for me to join a growing group. After 8 years, and despite the growth and ensuing organisational changes, we still have that strong momentum and thirst for challenge, and that's what I like about the group. The various events organised on a regular basis give us a chance to let our hair down together.
