How has your career evolved within T&S Group?
I was a consultant in Germany for 3 years from 2010 to 2013 when had joined the project team in charge of embedded systems for hybrid cars. In 2014, I decided to return to France and more specifically to the Alsace region; I joined the quality department and at the end of 2014 I took over the position of quality manager within the company.
For me, teamwork is a crucial element and interpersonal aspects are absolutely paramount. Ironically, I do like to maintain a level of autonomy in my tasks by managing my own areas independently.
The company had confidence in me from the outset, putting me on an automotive project at a time when I was neither specialised in the sector, nor in embedded systems. Thanks to their faith in me, I was able to acquire new skills and also be a part of a great project team, with an excellent work atmosphere. It was a close-knit team where helping each other was second nature. I was able to make some very good connections, the proof being that I'm still in contact with my former teammates and I have very fond memories of this project that I spent 3 years on.
I also had a desire to go back to my original career in a quality expert role; the company entrusted me with the position of quality manager and I've been doing that for 3 years now.
On a personal level, I'm someone who likes to spend time with my family, my children and my friends and the company has enabled me to strike a balance between my personal life and my professional life.
